Chef MacPherson has embodied these elements over the decades as one of the world’s leading chefs in not just the creation of receipted or dishes, but in the creation and running of numerous world class dinning institutions.  Infusing his passion for cooking and food with a deep appreciation for Australian produce and hospitality, Chef MacPherson brings an extraordinary blend of global experience and culinary excellence to our Zesti Brands.
A Global Culinary Legend, Chef MacPherson has played a leading role in creating or transforming the world’s most renowned dining establishments, including the Bellagio and Wynn resorts in Las Vegas, the raffles Hotel in Singapore, and the Sandy Lane Hotel in Barbados. He still holds his love and passion for Australia developed over the years he lived here including his engagement at the crown Casino in Perth, and a two-year stint at The Regent Sydney which obtained 3 Hats during his tenure there.
Known for his visionary approach to all elements in creating an exceptional dining experience he has been the creative force behind major projects like the Ned Hotel in London, named the UK’s best hotel by the Sunday Times, and the culinary programs at New Realm Brewing Co., the largest brewery opening in Georgia’s history.
Chef MacPherson’s list of culinary clients includes U.S. Presidents, British Prime Ministers, Michael Jackson, Roger Daltrey, and Gene Simmons to name a few. Besides being the author of numerous cookbooks, his talents extend beyond the kitchen with notable works like “Word of mouth” and contributions to John Legend’s “ A-Z of Hosting Beautifully”.
Now based in Las Vegas, Chef MacPherson was born in Scotland where he developed his refined palate for premium ingredients. His love for Australia s fresh, seasonal produce, meats, and seafood (his favorite being Tasmanian Rock Lobster), is reflected in his commitment to quality, innovation, and passion in every dish.
In his role as our “Icarus’ Culinary Maestro”  Zesti Brands will build upon Chef MacPherson skills, knowledge and creativity in product development, crafting new recipes, and conducting research that aligns with our brands ethos. With his dynamic presence and our partnership on social media, we will engage and inspire food enthusiasts at all levels around the world.
